I'm a trauma informed therapist and life coach.
I've been a mental health practitioner since 2018, engaging in one on one and group interventions with individuals and couples.
In short form? I help people understand how their trauma leads them to believe that their wants, needs and desires are not important - and asking for them to be met or fulfilled is wrong or burdensome
I teach you how to use emotional intelligence to enrich your relationship with yourself and others--in other words, to start or improve your healing journey-- by being more selfish.
Putting yourself first is necessary in order to grow in your mental and emotional health. Learning how to be healthily selfish--setting boundaries, communicating emotional needs, and learning how to say NO--is the first step in this process.
The SELFISH Series & The SELFISH Community is a series of workbooks and a group coaching community that I have developed over thousands of client intervention hours in order to teach people how to unlearn trauma patterns that prevent them from prioritizing their own care, needs, wants, desires and life outcomes. I focus on three things:
